When you expose your skin to red light, a part of your cells called the mitochondria, or the "powerhouse" of your cells, soak it up and make more energy, also known as ATP (adenosine triphosphate). By increasing the function of the mitochondria using RLT, a cell can make more ATP. With more energy, cells can function more efficiently, rejuvenate themselves, & repair damage.

We recommend three times per week for up to 12 minutes per session for a minimum of one month.

For optimal results, we recommend 3-5 treatments per week during the first four weeks. Then 2-3 treatments per week during the next four to eight weeks. Then 1-2 treatments per week as maintenance.

Noticeable results vairy from case to case. Many people will notice a difference in their energy levels first. Immediate pain relief is also common, but realistically, that is not always the case. It may take a couple of weeks to truly notice a difference depending on what is being targeted.
